Financial Analyst – Accounting – Asset Manager
Collaborate in administrative, financial, and overall operations of real estate portfolio.
Skills, Knowledge and Personal Characteristics
High level expertise with Excel and spreadsheet skills
Knowledge of with accrual and cash basis of accounting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to lead projects while working independently with limited supervision
Minimum 5 years’ experience in property accounting or real estate industry.
Bachelor’s Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, accounting and/or real estate or comparable experience.
Knowledge in Yardi, Argus & Procore a plus .
Proficiencient in leading projects.
Responsibilities
Assists in accounting and reporting of commercial and residential properties.
Lead accounting of Capital and Tenant Improvements.
Maintain Property budgets with variance reporting,
Investigates general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
Prepares asset management reports such as: lease analyses Net Effective Rent, operating profitability and performance.
Manage various month-end closing processes.
Responsible for accuracy of rent rolls, CAM billing, rent escalations.
Provide support to senior management in preparation and implemetation of property business plans.
Assists in the preparation CAM budgets and statements.
Collaborates with a fast-paced Team that provides continous support.
Responsible for mortgage loan compliance, analysis and reporting.
Assist in procurement of mortgage loans and refinances.
Particiapte in due diligence and underwriting of acquisitions and dispositions.
Find underlying causes to issues, then effectively implement solutions preventing these issues from reoccurring.
Create and contribute to a Team atmosphere.

Compensation: Extremely competitive Salary Based on Experience with semi-annual performance-based bonus.
