Job Title: Client Value Manager

Compensation: $60,000 – $90,000
Location: Remote
DealRoom is M&A management software that serves corporate development, investment banking, and private equity professionals. We also have an online education platform, M&A Science Academy, that provides on-demand training and a community platform for practitioners to share lessons learned.
About The Role
The Client Value Manager will be responsible primarily for:
This individual will have an in-depth understanding of the customer’s needs and are responsible for communicating common customer behaviors to the sales, marketing, and product teams.The Client Value Manager must be organized, proactive to communicate and highly responsive. This role assists the Director of Client Growth with managing current accounts and client support.
