Position Purpose and Objectives
This position works directly with the Auto Finance Specialist and is responsible for compiling, reviewing and verifying the accuracy of loan packages. The loan packages must be pre-audited to ensure we are in compliance and able to fund with accurate disclosures, fees, interest rate, LTV, etc. The candidate must have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-up skills, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. The candidate must be able to consistently meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Experience with NADA, CARFAX, DocuSign, TXDOT, and CBR are a plus. Spanish speaker is a plus, but not required. Minimal education is a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum experience of 2 years in underwriting and/or funding analysis.
Major Duties and Essential Functions
Auto Finance Coordinator handles a variety of functions and assists in the daily loan closing process of the Auto Finance Specialists loans. These functions include (but are not limited to):

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years of experience in loan processing or funding analysis.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years or more of similar or related experience.
