Our intent is to allow our Human Resource management to have the opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of Human Resources. Included in this broad scope will be Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Management and employee education, Legal compliance as well as the traditional recruitment, on boarding and policy and practice administration
While we will invest in you it is important that you bring education or previous experience in Human Resources, as we want to have HR directly involved in the conduct of our business. Clearly you will have exposure to a variety of HR activities and not be pigeonholed in just one HR discipline area.
Technical competency in HR is important however, most important is the initiative, creativity, drive and mentoring skills with Managers, supervisors and employees, and your effective communication with and through management and employees in achieving our growth objectives.

We want Human Resource Management who will, by their actions set the climate of trust and respect with all employees in our organization. Your experience in the development and education of Supervisors and lead employees coupled with your positive employee relations style is critical.
As the ideal candidate, you need to have seasoned experience with manufacturing which may include fresh food production bakery operations specialized and custom food manufacturing operations
Your drive, enthusiasm, analytical skills, your communication and planning skills and your commitment to achievement are critical.
