Driver Manager

Job Description

Carrier Logistics of Olathe is a locally owned trucking company with an immediate opening for a driver manager. CLO handles everything from OTR, City, Intermodal, and yard management. This position will coordinate and direct the movement of freight and drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM

Driver Manager Duties and Responsibilities include:

· Dispatching drivers

· Load entry, dispatching, and on time deliveries

· Tracking of drivers and maintaining DOT Compliance

· Accurate data entry

· Communicate effectively with customers and team

· Willingness to learn all aspects of the business

Job Requirements

· Minimum 2 years dispatch experience in the transportation industry

· Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

· General knowledge of geography

· Good customer service skills

· Team-oriented with a positive attitude

· General knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service

Salary: $50,000-$70,000 based on experience
