Job Overview:
The Financial Reporting Manager will need to take ownership of a client company’s various public filings. This person must be effective at managing multiple engagements at the same time, team members, problem solving, and guiding the SEC filing process toward final filing.
This person will need to manage multiple workstreams including the SEC process, outside parties (e.g., auditors and SEC counsel), and also work closely with the Eventus team members assigned to the engagement. This role will report directly to a Managing Director of Eventus.
