This position will be a full-time position in Veendam, NL. However, periods of work at the SHINE HQ in Janesville, WI, USA may be required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Drive the monthly/quarterly internal and external forecasting process and integrate it with the long-term plans of the business
Drive improvements to process, systems, and reporting to provide more transparency and visibility into current and future financial results.
Interface with the Company’s accounting team to ensure the Company’s budgets, forecasts, and reports are in sync with the Company’s financial system and all Dutch legal BV reporting and archiving requirements
Interface with the Company’s procurement team to set up the procurement system and procedures for further development
Create materials in support of the Company’s plans, including presentations and reports
. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Must possess a strong work ethic and sense of urgency, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong analytical capability with a high attention to detail
Composure and presence to present and defend findings to various constituencies, including senior management
Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to create detailed, organized financial models and projections with minimal input
Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls. Additionally, applicant’s eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
