In support of the transformation, the HR F&BM team is looking for an Executive Director candidate who will report to the firmwide HR CFO. The successful candidate is outcome-focused and has a leadership style that fosters teamwork and is willing to be a strategic partner to the business.
The ideal candidate will know how to develop and drive agendas in line with the strategy and goal of the organization. He or she will help lead projects in solving complex issues and identifying opportunities important to the firm and the function. The individual must be comfortable to step into an evolving environment and work across the organization and execute within tight timelines.
