Manages the fiscal operations of the agency under affiliation with The MetroHealth System. Performs and oversees essential financial and accounting functions, including reconciliations, developing, and implementing processes and procedures, financial planning, accounting/billing transactions, budgeting, assisting with 990/other tax preparation, financial reporting, grant budget management and auditing activities. Continuously performs financial analysis to ensure achievement of financial objectives and alignment with the organization’s strategic business plan. Works with the Executive Director and other Senior Leadership to develop, implement, and monitor the annual operating budget, grant/program budgets, and financial business plan projections. Identifies and implements opportunities to improve financial operations and performance. Assumes stewardship of financial records and produces financial reports for the Board of Directors Finance Committee, in a timely and transparent manner. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of the agency and The MetroHealth System.
