What you will bring to the table:
Knowledge of the local service center delivery area
Valid CDL B license, with hazmat, tanker, and air brake endorsements must be retained (depending on service center)
6+ years of experience in an operations leadership role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on developing a positive rapport with employees and customers
Detail orientation with the ability to take projects/tasks through to completion
Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task
Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environment
Demonstrated skills in data analysis, strategic planning, measurements, and fiscal responsibility
Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct while representing the department and the organization to management, employees, and the public
May be required to work holidays, weekends, overtime, or during hours other than those which are considered a normal work schedule
Experience working with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
