ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage all launches in multiple categories and markets from initiation to closing
Serve as the primary point of contact for discussions for all projects.
Manage allocation of internal and external resources to ensure projects are completed on time, being mindful of shared resource workload.
Resolve issues and barrier to delivery of project deliverables.
Establish project budgets and track project expenses vs. budget.
Develop and manage detailed project plans/timelines to ensure on-time delivery, within scope and budget.
Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to accurately describe the tasks required to deliver the project scope and schedule in a timely fashion.
Lead and own weekly cross functional portfolio meeting
Develop and evaluate metrics to measure project, employee, and department performance.
Provide project activity updates to internal/external teams and executive leadership team while managing expectations.
Ensure prompt and effective communication across all functions internally and externally
Track and monitor flow of all documents from inception to distribution of final copies
Something about leadership skills/managing direct report
Lead, define and execute one or more work streams (communications, road mapping, training, best practices, etc.)
Leverage multiple platforms in the commercialization of a product

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, ELIGIBILITY and TRAINING:
This is a position for someone who is already a part of or looking to get into the Cannabis Industry.
3 + years experience as a Project Manager in a highly regulated industry
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in a highly regulated industry such as Food, Tobacco, Liquor, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, or Cannabis
