JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Compile and record payroll data and prepare paychecks . P rocess accounts payable, input sales, pull banking, and verify deposits . This position is responsible for computing, classifying , and recording financial transactions to ensure the financial records of the clients are accurate.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities
This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma ( or equivalent )
T wo to five years’ previous experience preferred
