Job Summary
The Technical Sales Account Manager is responsible for successful growth of key accounts, providing effective account management for key customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of organizational capabilities. The Technical Sales Account Manager is also responsible for developing new and existing customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and recommending optimal solutions. The Technical Sales Account Manager serves as the primary contact between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products from quote to production according to customer needs.
