Role and Responsibilities:
Prepare rolling estimate by collecting and evaluating all available actual, forecast, risk/opportunity information, operating management direction and revising as appropriate
Coordinate the development of the strategic plans, rolling forecasts, and capital plans, ensuring forecasts align with company goals
Conduct quantitative analysis of financial data to forecast revenue, identify future trends, identify profit improvement activity/item, and assess risk associated with capital expenditures, acquisitions for investment
Have knowledge in ERP costing system and maintain monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliation; review and analyze production order variances after settlement routinely during the month and at month end, prepare-review production order variance and cycle count reports and analyze significant variances on a daily basis and summarize at month end
Review and manage investment/operating budget to control and track expenses.
Analyze and maintain cost accounting and inventory including product costing, inventory control, variance analysis and calculation of excess
Perform variance analysis (RAW/WIP/FGs) such as purchase price to cost variance, cost revaluation, invoice to PO price variances
Maintain and track KPI to understand the performance and health of the business.
Conduct other ad-hoc financial analyses
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a Finance related field
