Wireless CCTV (WCCTV) United States Headquarters is located in Richardson, Texas. WCCTV was founded in the UK and is the market leader for rapid deployment, mobile surveillance systems specifically designed to deliver video securely and efficiently via 4G LTE networks.
In 2021, the Private Equity Firm LDC made a substantial investment in WCCTV. This investment will allow us to rapidly scale and grow in the United States and continue our services as a market leader.

The Opportunity:
- As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and direction of all field-based engineering operations ensuring quality & customer service levels are achieved.
- Full-time position Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Role to be based in Richardson, Texas
You: the successful candidate:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience within Operations.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a managerial role.
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally across departments.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the US.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities and direction of the production team, ensuring orders are produced in a timely & cost-effective manner, whilst ensuring high levels of quality.
- Manage the relationship with Regional Hub Locations and Partners (In terms of installation, service & stockholding) to ensure USA-wide installation and service operations and targets are achieved.
- Manage the relationship with third-party suppliers to ensure high levels of quality.
- Liaise with WCCTV HQ as necessary to adopt global processes and systems to ensure the growth targets of WCCTV LLC are met/exceeded.
- Report Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly departmental results to Executive VP.
- Ensure Business system processes are adhered to by relevant departments.
- Monitor and measure departmental activity and effectiveness and identify any areas for improvement.
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as and when required.
- Monitor levels of utilization across the managed service fleet, to ensure sufficient stock is on hand to meet demand.
- Monitor stock levels and pipeline activity to ensure sufficient stock is on hand to meet demand.
- Manage US NPD function in collaboration with the UK NPD team
Management Responsibilities
- Implement and ensure adherence to appropriate business processes and systems to achieve target KPIs and goals.
- Regular communication with heads of departments to identify any improvements to current processes.
- Identify training requirements utilizing internal assessments & ensure members of the team are trained in the areas required.
- Provide career development opportunities through succession planning & implement structures within the departments to manage growth.
- Consciously create a culture that is consistent with the overall organization’s values
- Identify other roles required by the organization
