Promet Source is seeking a talented, energetic, highly-motivated Finance and Administration Manager to work directly with our CEO, PMO and Project Managers and play a pivotal role on our team. Candidates will be expected to possess problem solving, forward thinking and analytical goal oriented skills.

Finance

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of all finance operations that ensure flawless foundation to the financial success of the company
• Treasury and cashflow management
• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online and manage the finance staff, overseeing day to day work to ensure AP/AR entries are precise and updated
  • Pay all bills, contractor invoices, expense reimbursements
  • Processing, verifying, and posting receipts from customers, researching and resolving account discrepancies, sending bill reminders, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
• Perform and oversee crucial components of the month-end close process including Journal Entries, revenue recognition, and audits
• Collaborate with CEO, Sales, Operations, Delivery, and Project Managers to provide metrics and analytics driven information to increase profitability
• Create and manage budgets and forecasts as well as perform analysis for regular financial reporting
• Identify savings and opportunities to increase revenue
• Develop solutions to new challenges and design and document process improvements
• Assist with client invoicing and ad hoc projects as needed
• Uses established goals to evaluate reports, results and decisions of department. Upon review, establishes new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect on-going improvements in efficiency of department and services performed as needed.

HR Generalist

• Assists with the administration of compensation program;
• Attends all necessary administrative staff meetings and other meetings and seminars as needed.

Payroll Manager

• Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data to accurately run payroll and pay employees
• Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deductions
• Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages
• Auditing payroll liabilities and deductions
• Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
• Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
• Processing and issuing W-2 forms to employees
• Processing and issuing 1099 forms to Contractors
• Calculation, processing and funding of 401k contributions and matching
• Creating Journal Entries in QB for all payroll reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Bookkeeper/Quickbooks Online experience
• Expert skills and competency with Excel a must
• Excellent teamwork, including the ability to interact with all organization levels
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and prioritization skills
• Intrinsic desire to complete challenging tasks accurately and in a timely fashion
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
