We’re looking for a rockstar person that has passion and love for people. You will want to know clients like the back of your hand. You would be the main point of contact for clients and will be accountable for the retention of clients. You’ll be responsible for communicating with the client regarding marketing performance, time lines and due dates of workflow and making sure they get what they need.
You will be reporting to the Director of Account Management. As our client success manager you will be in charge of taking care of the client experience from Day 1. You will be their advocate making sure they are loved, they are getting results and making sure our team is getting the work they need done. The goal of that is to help keep our team working on the right items and making sure clients have a good experience with us. As a good manager, you’ll be creating processes as you go so that anyone can follow them.
Many of our clients are with us for 1+ years which means they are very valuable to us. Therefore, you’ll be responsible for the first 100 Days of a new client and making sure that we have engaging and relevant information for them. You will be required to have meetings with clients, follow up with them, and make sure we take care of them. You’ll be sending emails, creating email campaigns, and thinking of new ways to have our clients love our services. Your goal will be to continue showing our clients the success they get and continue to “sell” them on why it’s important that they let this strategy work. You will bring up concerns the client has to the SEO team, project manager, and when needed the CEO. You will have authority to fire clients or help them transition out if they desire to leave. You’ll be expected to gather and put together testimonials and case studies from clients and make sure they are happy and going down the right track.
