About the role
As a Customer Program Manager, you’ll be the primary voice of the customer and advocate to Engineering and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and success. You will monitor projects from initiation through delivery and interface with internal team members. Key Responsibilities
Develop strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely and accurate communications and delivery of products to clients as committed.
Understand and track project requirements and identify and resolve issues for successfully implementing project’s objectives.
Facilitate meetings, calls, follow-ups and other communications with clients and management throughout the project development and integration stages.
Coordinate and track various customer projects from initiation through completion.
Analyze project metrics to determine project developments and success factors.
Assess risks at the customer project level to develop and execute risk and contingency management plans as needed.
Inform senior management and customer on project status, schedules, and key issues on regular basis.
Work with business team in contract renewals, extensions, and scope change activities.
Requirements
5+ years of experience supporting customers in executing multi-phase projects
Experience with tracking and managing multiple customer programs from inception to implementation
Demonstrated ability to foster trusted relationships both internally and externally.
Highly organized with an ability to balance multiple projects and escalations in a fast-paced environment
Be willing to travel to customers as needed
High proficiency with MS project
Excellent understanding of the business case and cost-benefit analysis
Strong understanding of product life management and tollgate methodology
Exceptional management and leadership skills and ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
Additional requirements (good to have)
Engineering background
Experience working in Aerospace/Automotive/Electronics work environment

This position’s approximate base salary range is $100,000-$130,000 annually, depending on experience.
