Description:
Candidate will provide support to the Accounting Manager and her transactional accounting team.
Why the position is open:
Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
Assisting with collections
Posting cash
Returns – Process Product Return Requests
Order Entry – Review and Enter Purchase Orders from Customers into Netsuite
Accounting – Enter accounts payable invoices that are schedule to be paid into Netsuite as needed – 30/week.
Ad Hoc projects as needed

Excel, Accounts Payable, AP, Purchase Order, Accounts Receivable, AR, Netsuite (ERP)

Personality will play a role during the screening process. They are seeking a team player that will do what they can to collaborate and work towards the common goal.
Duration: 8 month contract
Hours: M-F (40 hours)
Pay: $20-25/hourly (dependent on experience)
