Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide evidence of quality improvement activities as required in the standard agreement/contract for a DHHS-defined CABHA. This position also requires the employee to work with management and staff to guide, plan, and implement organizational development; to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures that impact the delivery of mental health services in the State of North Carolina; to ensure compliance with rules and regulations guiding clinical interventions as outlined by DHHS and CARF; develop training and other interventions with the goal of improving service quality and to promote the continued focus on the well-being of the clients we serve.
