PRODUCTION MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
n
In this management role, you add value to our company by maintaining an efficient, consistent, and predictable department. You ensure work is completed accurately, completely, and on time. As a leader, you inspire your team to take pride in their work and produce quality results. During active job site visits, you lead operational huddles and oversee the scheduling coordinator to ensure proper workflow. You achieve production goals by reviewing job costing and adjusting teams as needed. Thanks to your efforts our teams know what needs to be done daily to ensure quality results.

Moderate to advanced tech skills
n
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
n
4 years of experience in operations management and training & development of teams
n
2 years of experience in the home improvement/services industry
n
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, and outlook
n
n
Bilingual skills are a plus! Do you have strong interpersonal and communication skills? Are you committed to lifelong learning? Can you appropriately delegate tasks to your crew?
