Arrow is looking for a Senior Global Compensation and Benefits Manager to join the global compensation and benefits team in our Centennial, CO location.
The Senior Global Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for supporting strategic business objectives through the design, development and execution of Arrow’s global compensation and benefit programs. The manager is a key business partner to the global HR function and responsible for successfully managing global HR and leadership relationships and global compensation and benefits projects, while providing compensation and benefits support and guidance to the regional compensation and benefits teams.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$127,600.00 – $163,350.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
