Position Summary: The Commercial Team Lead – Escrow Administration is responsible for the daily engagement of the Escrow Administration staff by ensuring that policy and procedures for the department are strictly adhered to, federal and private investor guidelines are followed and that business objectives are achieved by performing the following duties:

Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:
Education/Experience:
Requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). One year certificate from a college or technical school; or minimum five (5) years BKFS MSP experience and/or training in the following workstations: Escrow Analysis, Real Estate Taxes, Hazard Insurance and MIP/PMI. BKFS Portal/Director experience a plus.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, the candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
