Claims Call Center Representative 91282 Are you Customer Service professional looking for a change of pace? Tired of working retail hours? Had enough of cold calling people with a sales pitch during dinner? As a Global Commercial Insurance leader, Zurich is seeking professionals like yourself to join our Inquiry team. This role will support our customers100% remotely, but you must be willing to work CST hours which is between 7 am – 7 pm.
the ideal candidates must be located in the following time zones: Pacific or Mountain Standard Time. Right now, you’re thinking “Sounds great, but I don’t know much about insurance”. We’ve got you covered. This role offers an in depth, 4-week training that covers everything you’ll need to get you started and includes time to practice what you’ve learned before you hit the gates.

+ Demonstrated strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills + Bilingual, Spanish to English + Insurance knowledge preferred. + Computer proficiency is a must – you will use various screens and systems regularly.Applicable Only to Jobs to be Performed Remotely in Colorado or New York* The salary for this role is around $39,900.00.
