Manage day to day contingent workforce program operational tasks including:
Manage the requisition process of contingent workers by partnering with the Zurich engagement manager to get a full understanding of position requirements and effectively translating for suppliers. Shortlists the candidates submitted by the supplier and assists the engagement manager through the interview, selection and onboarding process.
Support contingent workers, suppliers, and engagement managers with ongoing maintenance of contingent workers including timesheets, performance discussions with suppliers, contingent worker issues, etc.
Manage supplier performance including candidate quality by utilizing a monthly scorecard process, performance improvement plans, supplier optimization, etc.
Create ad hoc and regular reporting through the Beeline vendor management system
Responsible for managing the Beeline contingent worker system ticket management process including defects, enhancements, etc. Has responsibility for documenting requirements and performing testing activities.
Manage program mailbox to address items raised by engagement managers and/or suppliers
Lead and support projects to address strategic and operational priorities which are cross functional and highly visible
Apply critical thinking to various contingent workforce and supplier governance processes and projects to support policies, guidelines, and governmental regulations.
Facilitate the supplier governance framework to ensure Zurich contract owners have supplier management processes in place to be compliant with the Zurich Risk Policy.
Develop training content and provides ad hoc and ongoing training for both the supplier governance contract owners and the contingent workforce engagement managers / suppliers.
Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Operations area
