About the role
We are looking for a project manager to help drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. The Project Manager, Operations is part of the Contact Center Operations team supporting Advisors, Connections, Partner Support and Customer Support. This team runs the business, setting strategic direction, determining how a strategy gets implemented, and leading the results that flow from strategy. We are heavy hitters who move fast, think big, and team up to deliver results. Our closest partners are training, product teams and contact center people leadership.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $80,900.00 – $129,200.00 Annually. This range is specific to Colorado and may not be applicable to other locations.
Who you are
Dive deep into understanding our operations processes – you’ll be the go-to person on what should happen, and what really does happen.
Work with people leadership teams to implement updates and changes to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Work with partners in product, marketing, sales, and support to operationalize and implement pilots and launches of new initiatives
Manage project, define scope, track, and communicate key performance metrics that help us understand how well we are meeting our goals and find opportunities for improvement
Communicate strategies to gain engagement and reduce resistance.
Implement and lead all aspects of processes for continuous improvement and be responsible for the feedback loop from front-line reps to the product and strategy team
You will represent the needs, concerns and challenges of our several Zillow Advisors, Connections Specialists, Partner and Customer Support representatives.
Qualifications
You can multi-task in a fast paced environment: In this role you will troubleshoot technology bugs, monitoring real-time dashboards, trading emails with finance, and collaborating on a product roadmap all in the course of a few hours.
Experience problem solving and willing to take action to solve a problem.
You use data to communicate across teams.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
