As the Product Marketing Manager for Zillow Home Loans, you will be responsible for positioning, messaging/customer value prop, demand generation, product go-to-market (GTM) strategy, competitive and customer research, naming, feature prioritization, product bundling as well as upsell/cross-sell strategies. You’ll develop breakthrough marketing strategies that connect our audience to our products – highlighting the benefits and inspiring them to work with Zillow.
You’ll partner with product and business teams to bring these strategies to life in a way that will engage home shoppers and agents, and will work hand in hand with extraordinary marketers to bring these strategies to market.
As an advocate for your product, you will facilitate learning across the business, across audiences, and across functions to ensure we are delivering greater value to customers, partners and to Zillow.
Develop and drive Zillow Home Loans product positioning, value propositions/messaging, go-to market (GTM) and growth strategies to support the development, launch and ongoing operations
Drive demand generation, product adoption and re-engagement. Track performance to optimize marketing strategies as needed to achieve or exceed annual goals
Partner with the Insights team to develop meaningful findings about defined personas in our business through qualitative and quantitative research.
Use insights, competitors, and the market as the voice of the customer in business, product, and marketing decisions.
Partner with Comms strategist and channel owners to drive and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns that deliver on those strategies.
Own and share product marketing plans, narrative, results and findings with Vice President and C-level executives.
Work with Product, Finance and Marketing partners to co-author annual and 3-year plans
Own delivery of key business metrics measured against company OKRs.
Build strategic business briefs to empower the cross-functional marketing team to drive your business.
Identify strategic opportunities and drive implementation to upsell Mortgage to other Zillow lines of businesses.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $115,500.00 – $184,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Most importantly, you identify and tackle the right problems and are a creative mind who wants to be a part of a company leading a movement to re-imagine how we buy and sell homes.
At least 4 years in product marketing or similar experience.
Ability to deeply understand customer needs and develop insights that shape marketing plans and influence product roadmap.
A strong sense of initiative and follow-through.
Can work independently to complete complex projects with limited direct supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of curiosity and an insight backed approach.
Strong project management skills
