Role and Responsibility
- Accounting Receivable Management:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s accounts receivable, including tracking customer payments, sending out payment reminders, addressing payment delays, and driving disputes resolution and shortage claim.
- Work closely with sales teams to improve accounting receivable processes, including booking, reconciliation, collection, and shortage claiming and dispute resolution.
- Work closely with sales operation teams to utilize system tools to improve operation and AR collection efficiency
- Support sales team following up with the payment from our client/partner and tracking the process.
- Compliance: Ensure accounting processes adhere to relevant regulations and internal guidelines, ensuring financial operations’ compliance.
- Communication and Coordination: Maintain effective communication with internal teams （Sales team， headquater accounting team ） and external customers to address accounting-related issues and concerns if necessary.
Requirements and skills
- Five years plus working experience in Accounting as Account Receivables manager or accountant
- Working experiece in middle-sized companies in comsumer electronics industry
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- Experience of working with SAP and CRM is a plus
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
