4 Evening Shifts 3PM – 11PM M-F
2 Night Shifts 11PM – 7AM S-Th
Responsibilities:
Performs packing, rewinding/ assembly, or pre-press functions and operates associated machinery
Follows work order instructions and performs labeling requirements
Performs quality tests per ISO procedures
Adheres to productivity standards
Complies with all required safety practices and use of PPE
Limited requirement for decision making in role
Contributes primarily through execution of defined processes and procedures but may make suggestions for process improvement
Resolves a variety of simple problems of limited complexity by following highly detailed instructions or procedures
Transmits and receives basic information related to role in order to carry out duties
Builds productive working relationships internally, generally within immediate department or team
Learns policies and procedures and how to apply them to issues experienced in routine activities
Learns and closely follows established processes and directions
Receives Direct Supervision for routine work, new projects or assignments
Trains other team members as directed by supervisor or lead

Qualifications:
Required:
Highschool GED or equivalent
Basic math and computer skills (will train on internal software)
Ability to read a ruler effectively
Accepts direction and instruction from supervisor
Preferred:
1+ years’ experience within: manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation
Ability to work with light to medium machinery: cartridge press and pallet jack
Ability to work in fast paced environment with strong organizational skills and multi-tasking
Ability to work effectively with others and have team player attitude

Salary: USD 15.25 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
