What Would You Do? The right candidate will be a driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Assistant / Content Creator.
In this role, you will be split between marketing-related responsibilities, and content creation with an emphasis on video / photo and social media.
You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of marketing, creating engaging content for our website and social media platforms, and managing our social media presence to increase our brand awareness and engagement.
What will you be responsible for? Create and manage content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, with the goal of increasing engagement and driving traffic to our website Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and monitoring engagement, while adhering to brand guidelines and voice Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends and analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization Collaborate with team members to create and execute creative campaigns and initiatives Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including scriptwriting, filming, and editing, and manage the photo and video libraries, ensuring all content is organized and easily accessible Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to marketing, content creation, and social media Assists the Marketing Director and operations team in the coordination and execution of event planning and sponsorship of local organizations.
Maintains a strong presence at other local organizations’ events for video marketing as assigned. Do you have the necessary education and experience?
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree required. Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
3 + years of previous experience in digital marketing or social media advertising required. 2+ years Adobe Creative Suite (Or similar properties), specifically Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects .
