Workforce Logiq by PRO Unlimited is currently seeking a Manager, Early ENgagement Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a temporary assignment for a top client in Newark, NJ. The Customer Lifecycle marketing team is responsible for developing customer engagement and retention strategies throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding new customers to engaging with tenured members. We are seeking a talented, data-driven marketer, skilled at developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns for new subscribers.
In this role you will drive efforts to increase customer engagement and retention, develop strategies to create segmented customer journeys, and bolster the customer experience. You will have a vision for the best customer experience and will work closely with the Marketing Director to document, then develop and deploy multichannel customer lifecycle programs with an agile test and learn mindset, focused on increasing listening, decreasing churn, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
This is a hybrid position in Newark, NJ, but open to remote for the right candidate.
