The Segment Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing an integrated demand generation strategy to achieve marketing objectives for several markets including : retail pharmacies, payers, PBMs, pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers, system integrators and hospitals / health systems.
This role will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of engaging programs and campaigns to generate leads, develop the marketing funnel, and meet revenue goals.
This position will be part of a dynamic, collaborative marketing team, working to achieve marketing goals. Must be self-driven, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
100% Remote in CST or EST Responsibilities : + Manage the development and execution of the segment strategy and plan including acquisition and nurture programs, campaigns, account-based strategies, and product launch support to drive demand, improve brand awareness, and build funnel to achieve revenue targets.
Lead the creation of compelling marketing content and assets for use across multiple marketing channels and audience targets.
Assets may include blog posts, case studies, articles, whitepapers, and infographics.+ Track, report, and manage analyses for all executed programs and make adjustments to maximize effectiveness of efforts and budget.
Consistently seek new ways to test and improve programs. Education Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field Qualifications : + At least eight (8) years related marketing experience+ Previous healthcare marketing experience and knowledge of Commercial markets a plus+ Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
