The impact you’ll make:
Lead the efforts to design and develop data applications using selected tools and frameworks.Own, build and continuously improve our data infrastructure. Become an expert on all aspects of our data and analytical infrastructure.Work closely with Data Analysts and Product managers to identify business problems, define key metrics and build reporting to monitor and measure performance along those metrics.Pioneer, lead and own complex data projects that often involve coordination with disciplines and teams.Work closely with the backend and client engineering team to ensure end to end data integrity.Stay up-to-date with the latest state-of-the-art techniques in data technologies and help to foster a culture of learning within the organization.
As a Senior Data Engineer on the Data team you will maintain and advance our analytics platform to enable advanced reporting, data science analysis and running machine learning models. You will be an integral part of providing data-driven insights that inform significant business decisions by setting up data infrastructure, building data pipelines, deploying machine learning models to production, and implementing reporting frameworks for different business units.
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or related practical experience.4+ years of software engineering pushing production-level code, with experience in big data analytics and distributed systems.Proficient in writing SQL queries and with data warehousing concepts working on Snowflake etc.Experience with AWS & GCP cloud computing platforms.Some experience in and machine learning.
