Job Responsibilities
As part of our Management Team, you will play a key role in the growth of our business. You will be a leader for our financial management as well as a key point of contact for our head office, external auditors and banks. You will collaborate with our HQ finance and audit teams, our operations and sales teams, and our top management to achieve our goals and objectives for improved financial results.
Your specific areas of responsibility will include:
· Prepare and report annual budget.
· Prepare and report Monthly Financial Closing.
· Collaborate and communicate with HQ (Located in South Korea).
· Collaborate and communicate with external auditors.
· Lead and manage HR and General Services team
Job Requirements
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and polished Finance and Admin Manager. It is important that you display excellent verbal and written communication to be able to proceed tasks and collaborate with various teams in the US and Korea. Also important to have great interpersonal and presentation skills as well as the ability work in a multi-cultural team environment. Understanding about US major retailers (Ex. Costco, Amazon) is a plus.
Additional qualifications for the role include:
· Fluent (bi-lingual) in written and spoken English and Korean.
· BA degree or higher.
· 10+ Years of experience in Finance is required
· Capability to lead and manage Finance / Admin Department
· Currently residing in the US (Or authorized to)
