Responsibilities:
Responsible for payroll and time and attendance administration. Including auditing and oversight of bi-weekly and special payrolls for the business unit.
Conducts new employee onboarding process to foster positive and comprehensive introduction to the company.
Maintains in ADP confidential records of benefits plans participation, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Sources candidates using different tools including LinkedIn, Indeed, agencies, etc.
Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
Investigates accidents and prepares reports.
Leads events activities as directed.
Handles employee training
Handles safety training initiatives including forklift driver certifications and maintains safety records.
Translates HR documents and general communication in Spanish as required.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. 2 or more years of HR Generalist experience.
3. Bilingual English-Spanish.
