Wholesale Footwear Industry Looking for Production Manager at New York, NY Full Time

Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire Production process
• Oversee a team responsible for Confirmation/ TOP Samples
• Manage Factory PO Setups
• Manage Social Compliance and Vendor Compliance teams
• Oversee Social Audits and Factory Audits
• Streamline and manage all communication with our overseas QC Office
• Work cross functionally with Sales, Design and Merchandising teams
• Maintain daily communication with Oversees factories

Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing a team
• Previous experience in Oversees Production specificallyin a Wholesale environment. (5+ years)
• Experience working with an ERP system
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook skills
• Able to work independently as part of team
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
