Who Staffing is looking for a Paid Media Manager for a fulltime, direct hire opportunity with our client, a mid -sized financial services company based in the Baltimore area experiencing rapid growth. This is a newly created position within the marketing department. This department is looking to double in size within the next year and will lead this company through an exciting time of transformation and growth. This is an incredible opportunity to take ownership of the media marketing within the organization and there is ample room for growth and recognition of solid performance. This position is fully remote.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with Paid Search, Digital Display, Native and Paid Social media channels in a direct-to-consumer environment. This person will have hands-on experience pulling the levers within paid media platforms with a focus on customer acquisition and conversion optimization. They will oversee the daily execution and budget for Search/Social campaigns including performance management, optimization, and reporting insights and analytics to executive stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

· Create, manage, and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns that meet company goals (search, social, display, native)

· Manage all aspects of paid media campaigns across COA owned properties, including:

o Campaign strategy and execution

o Budget management and bid optimization

o Keyword, Copy, Creative Testing, and optimizations

o Reporting and Analytics

· Daily account management and optimization within Search and Social platforms (AdWords, Bing, Facebook, etc.)

· Identify opportunities to enhance campaign media performance and make recommendations for innovative strategies

· Strong knowledge of AdWords campaign structure, tagging, Google analytics reporting, and funnel optimization

· Drive lifts in key digital metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS)

· Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of all paid media activities to ensure campaigns align to strategy

· In-depth understanding of Paid Social campaign management and optimization practices, as well as video, retargeting, and other online advertising opportunities

· Collaborate with internal teams to effectively develop and optimize campaign strategies across email, SEO, organic social and offline media that drive lead engagement and customer acquisition

· Subject matter expert on best practices and strategies in Paid Media landscape (including new betas, advertising networks and innovation opportunities)

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in Paid Media (search marketing and social media lead generation) with proven results in a direct-to-consumer environment.

· Experience managing $50k+ per month in Paid Search budget

· AdWords, Facebook, Bing, DV360 management and optimization experience

· Ability to develop and manage multiple advertising campaigns and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

· A strong understanding of emerging digital techniques and trends within the media landscape

· Strong verbal and written communications skills

o Google AdWords required

· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
