Summary: The mission of this role is to provide consistent and reliable IT services within the Hotel. Promoting the service strategy and supporting the White Lodging mission of being the cleanest, friendliest, and most well maintained hotel. Working closely with the White Lodging Home office IT department ensuring safe and reliable internet/communication systems for both the hotel associates and guests
Responsibilities
Daily oversight of all IT related systems
Safe, consistent and reliable IT related systems
Monthly reporting outlining specific IT related costs are within specified budgets
Work with internal and external guests ensuring IT related systems are operational
Effective communication between IT department and all other departments
Ensure IT related costs are within specified budget
