Whim Hospitality is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager for Tillie’s fine dining restaurant on Camp Lucy’s 282-acre Resort property. This person should not only bring their talent but also their excitement to create an amazing holistic experience to everyone that walks through the doors. You will be a part of concepting all Front of House operations that will bring people from near and far to dine in the highly stylized restaurant space fashioned out of a 19th century Vietnamese town hall with inspirations from around the world.
Our property currently consists of 5 event spaces, 41 hotel rooms, activities, and a resort style pool. Camp Lucy will be adding 13 hotel rooms and a luxury destination Spa in 2023.
