Our client, the world’s largest provider of Corrugated Industry solutions, is looking to add a Finance Manager to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the adoption, utilization and optimization of the financial & business systems; identifying and implementing innovative solutions to maintain the efficiency of the core organizational functions and business processes – including collecting and analyzing data to support the business cases, systems requirements, and proposed projects. REQUIREMENTS
B.A. Degree with concentration in Accounting
5 years experience in Accounting/Finance.
Ability to communicate well with employees and managers.
CPA certification preferred.
Experience with Office 365 is required, SAP & Concur preferred.
Ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan work, organize team and review to deliver quality financial reports complete and on time.
Monthly financial reports include Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Narrative, and assigned supporting schedules.
Periodic Forecast update of all financial schedules as established by VP Finance & IT (IS, BS, CF, Capital, Headcount, and variance analysis.)
Annual audit support schedules so that the audit can be complete per time deadline set.
Corporate Reporting so that the company consolidation can be complete per time deadline set.
Annual budget and forecasts and supporting schedules per established criteria (IS, BS, CF, Capital Expenditure, Headcount).
2. Establish controls systems to:
Supervise the preparation of monthly account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with tax, expense reporting and financial reporting standards.
Oversee the operations and development of the North American groups finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
Drive improvements of processes, systems, and reporting to provide more transparency and visibility into current and future financial results.
3. North American Group One Corporate Finance Team driver for global alignment.
4. Maintains close communication with VP Finance & IT.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, schedule and distribute incoming work to appropriate individuals supporting the accounting process.
Develop and maintain an effective organization through the selection, training, motivation and review of direct staff.
Provide guidance and direction to staff to assist them in their development.
