The Finance & Planning team is tasked with providing financial analysis to facilitate effective decision making, managing the planning and forecasting work that guide the business, and serving as the key liaison between the business and corporate financial functions. In pursuit of these goals, the team must interact and collaborate regularly with a diverse set of stakeholders across the organization. The team strives to be a sought-after business partner within the company and is heavily focused on people development.
The Sr. TMBR Finance Manager is a leadership role with oversight and responsibility for the finance and planning function in the North Region, which encompasses nearly 1.2 million acres across Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and West Virginia. The role reports to the Vice President Financial Operations – Timberlands, with a dotted line to the Vice President Northern Hardwoods.
The location of this role is open, however as the role is supporting our Eastern operations the successful candidate must be available Easter Standard Time. Travel will be one week per month to Maine/New England or West Virginia.
The Sr. TMBR Finance Manager has joint accountability with regional leadership for the financial performance of the region and is expected to develop a strong partnership with the regional Vice President.
