WEX is seeking a motivated and self-driven professional to join their Fleet Financial Planning and Analysis team as a Finance Manager of Sales Operations, in Nashville, TN, or remote throughout the United States! As a Finance Manager of Sales Operations, the successful candidate will ensure accurate commission and rebate payments, while maintaining business and technical alignment. This role will have the opportunity to lead the implementation of a new WEX-wide SAAS customer rebates solution, and improve the existing software.
Performance Objectives:
A successful candidate will:

Lead

• Manage and develop a team of Commissions Analysts, ensuring focus on strategic deliverables and quality output.
• Provide oversight and support to a rebates team, helping the team achieve further automation, accuracy, and efficiency.

Partner

• Drive continuous improvement through partnerships with finance, IT, sales, and HR.
• Liaise with the commissions IT team to communicate data priorities and resolve problems.
• Oversee commission plan design, training, and communication.
• Coordinate with sales leadership and HR to design and modify commission plans and targets.
• Collect business and data requirements to stand up a new SAAS customer rebates solution.

Analyze

• Construct financial models for new commission plans / targets and make changes to existing ones.
• Oversee rebate payments and accruals to ensure accuracy and drive customer behaviors.
• Lead out in the design of rebates / commissions reporting for leadership and sales personnel.

Become a Super User

• Manage SAP Commissions as the book of record for commission payments.
• Develop a thorough understanding of SAP Commissions and become proficient in running monthly processes to calculate payments and accruals.
• Create commission plans in SAP Commissions following system syntax, rules, and procedures.
• Provide recommendations, insight, and leadership on standing up next-gen rebates software.
• Manage a yet-to-be-implemented rebates software solution for both internal and external customers.
• Manage the business-IT relationship surrounding collection of rebate and commission data.

Qualifications:

• BS in Finance or related field.
• 5 – 8 years’ experience in Finance or analytics-driven career.
• Experience implementing SAAS incentive compensation tools.
• Familiarity with SAAS operational finance platforms for rebate and commission calculations.
• Proficiency with designing incentive compensation programs.
• Experience with Master Data Management tools is preferred.
