We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our finance team! The Finance Manager will report to the Director Finance, Graphic Solutions. This opportunity will partner across the business with key areas of focus including productivity tracking, capital analysis, and process and reporting improvements across the segment. The Finance Manager will participate and oversee various team projects and will be expected to interact with numerous functional departments (at Corporate, Segment and plant levels) and with all levels within the company. The position will assist in improving the performance of the Business through analytical support, facilitation and engagement.
How you will impact WestRock:
Support tracking segment Path to ONE (P21) productivity goal and gross to net analysis
Partner with regional finance and operations leads to standardize gross productivity reporting
Help shape and drive future state single source productivity tracking/reporting tool
Maintain plant tier model for capital allocation decision making
Assist with capital post-audit consolidation and validation
Drives process efficiency improvements through automation
Work closely with finance teams to help identify and transition centralization initiatives
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA strongly preferred
Minimum six years of experience and a track record of success in finance or accounting
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, passion for improvement. Enjoy working in a team/collaborative environment
Advanced skills in Excel and Hyperion SmartView. Experience JDE/SAP, QlikView and Alteryx a plus.
Ability to work independently, balancing routine responsibilities with ad hoc requests
Previous experience in manufacturing industry (corrugated/packaging), preferred but not required
