This position reports to the Benefits Manager and is responsible to answer team member questions, research and investigate issues affecting team members, review and process reports, complete ad hoc requests as well as perform data entry into all systems used by CFI/Westgate Resorts for benefit administration (ADP, Plan Source, TransAmerica and Lawson). Responsible for complying with all Federal and State laws and regulations relating to benefits; as well as internal policies and procedures of CFI/Westgate Resorts.
