Construction Office Manager Overview

· Perform tasks related to purchase orders, accounting, and project administration

· Provide operational support to field crews in the areas of purchasing, logistics, and scheduling

· Work will be based at the Wolfforth, Texas location

· This is an administrative position requiring a high degree of computer literacy

· Intensive computer entry regarding resource allocation and project scheduling

Construction Office Manager Tasks and Responsibilities

· Prepares purchase orders for approval while monitoring monthly budgets

· Procures materials and coordinates delivery schedule with field crew

· Responsible for gathering and filing purchase receipts

· Prepare and administrate bid submittals, contracts, and subcontracts

· Prepare project submittals and estimates for engineers’ review

· Prepare presentations for regular construction progress meetings

· Develop project schedules and resource allocation in coordination with field crew

· Read and understand civil specifications and construction plans

· Forecast construction progress and expenses against budget

· Estimate and verify quantities completed in coordination with field personnel

· Report on daily production quantities and job cost data

· Enforce compliance with all Company safety policies and procedures

Construction Office Manager Required Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field (required)

· Proficiency in ERP database software

· Understanding of office administration and accounting-related tasks

· General knowledge of civil specifications and construction drawings

· Accurate and efficient data entry of accounting-related tasks

· Aptitude in MS Excel advanced functions such as pivot tables and linear regression

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $28.00 per hour
