We are looking for a Preferred Health Accounts, Team Manager to oversee a team of Wellness Coordinators. They will work with their direct reports to train on internal policies and procedures as well as Wellworks specific job knowledge, provide support and guidance with their current book of business and help establish goals that will result in positive growth. They will work alongside the other Partner Managers in this Division as it related to client retention and improving team policies and procedures. They will identify additional areas for growth and streamlining as it relates to their team and client relations.
