In this role, you will:

• Manage and develop a team of financial advisors on diverse and complex business groups regarding matters related to financial data forecasting of financial metrics, operating and strategic reviews
• Ensure efficient and effective execution of finance strategy based on financial research and economic research
• Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
• Recommend opportunities to more experienced management on product pricing, portfolio performance, key metrics forecasting, closing data and validation
• Make decisions on framework to deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial ing
• Maintain effective and efficient ing delivery that meets brand standards and internal control standards
• Lead implementation of complex projects impacting one or more lines of business
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives to ensure compliance and manage risk
• Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
• Lead team to achieve objectives
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Finance
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct s and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications, US:

• 4+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2+ years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications: Job Expectations: In this role, you will:

• Lead all aspects of the finance process for WIM Operations including, close, forecast, plan, and CCAR.
• Support leadership in developing, forecasting, and ing of key financial metrics,
• Recommend solutions based on financial data and economic research that may have critical impact on long term business performance.
• Assist in the identification and tracking of key efficiency efforts.
• Partner effectively with several groups to deliver accurate costing process for WIM Operations assuring partner groups/legal entities are charged correctly.
• React to dynamic business model through constant review of organizational hierarchy to assure management ing views are accurate.
• Manage team of finance analysts in support of a complex and dynamic business.
• Coordinate highly complex activities, with the guidance of others to implement key risk initiatives
• Work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications, US:

• 10+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting a Wealth and Investment Management.
• Knowledge of operations
• Embrace change in a manner that mitigates risk and organizational confusion
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to coherently present complex financial topics tailored to all audience.
• Proficiency in BI tools Essbase, and/or Tableau.
• 5+ years of management experience
