Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Manager…
In this role, you will:
Manage and develop a team of financial advisors on diverse and complex business groups regarding matters related to financial data forecasting of financial metrics, operating and strategic reviews
Ensure efficient and effective execution of finance strategy based on financial research and economic research
Develop strategies and make recommendations for forward financial planning
Recommend opportunities to more experienced management on product pricing, portfolio performance, key metrics forecasting, closing data and validation
Make decisions on framework to deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting
Maintain effective and efficient reporting delivery that meets brand standards and internal control standards
Lead implementation of complex projects impacting one or more lines of business
Collaborate with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives to ensure compliance and manage risk
Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
Lead team to achieve objectives
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Finance
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of Leadership experience
