About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Manger to join the Deposit Products Group finance team within Consumer and Small Business Banking. This role will lead a team supporting financial forecasting and analysis and serve as strategic business advisor supporting revenue and key business drivers for consumer and small business deposits.
In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Experience partnering in either a Finance and/or Business Management leadership capacity and providing insights/recommendations to senior management
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across business and support functions
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities under pressure
Ability to develop and present results of analyses and recommendations to senior leaders with ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications
Excellent analytical skills with intellectual curiosity and attention to detail and accuracy
Job Expectations:
Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau and Business Objects preferred
Self-motivated individual to go beyond immediate responsibilities
This position offers direct interaction with product management teams, leadership across Finance and CSBB. Key success factors are ability to lead a team, strong financial acumen and intellectual curiosity with solid modeling, data and business partnering skills
