YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and manage the CEO’s inbox and tasks. Be a strategic thinker and gatekeeper to monitor and adjust with changing business and project priorities. Setup draft emails and communicate on behalf of the CEO as needed
Create an ideal schedule so he can meet with and communicate more effectively with internal and external stakeholders, while having the time to work on hands-on projects.
Manage the CEO schedule, set up and co-ordinate all meetings with the team, customers and partners.
Handle scheduling and logistics for management meetings, business, and social events. Maintain detailed meeting notes and actions so he can focus on the most important tasks, help him prioritize and delegate when necessary.
Assist with recruiting by scheduling interviews, screening candidates and working with third parties.
Create and update slide decks, docs and other presentation materials.
Register for events, podcasts, speaking engagements, etc and manage setup and travel.
Manage CEO’s social media accounts and postings.
Help with organizing documents, managing NDAs, agreements.
Maintain a great relationship with all the executive team members and assist in administrative tasks.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of demonstrated experience supporting C-suite level executives
Strong Google Workspace, Slack experience
Asana, Social media tools is a plus
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with remote teams
